Amanda Craeymeersch
I know what it’s like to build a business while navigating everything else life throws your way, because I’ve lived it.
After earning my degree in accounting and finance, I landed a job in Toronto’s financial district and started climbing the corporate ladder. On paper, everything looked right. But when a loved one entered hospice care, my world shifted and I made the difficult decision to leave the city and return home, unsure of what would come next.
What I realized in that season is something I carry with me every day: success means nothing if it doesn’t support the life you want.
That’s why I started Balance Accounting. I wanted to give small business owners the kind of strategic support and financial clarity I wish I’d had. I know how overwhelming it can feel when the numbers don’t make sense, when you’re constantly reacting, and when tax time brings nothing but stress.
I’m here to change that.
